This knowledge will be used to enhance leadership skills in providing teachers with meaningful feedback about their classroom culture, planning, practice and assessment of instruction that impacts student mathematics engagement and ultimately reduces math learning loss.

**Teacher Evaluator Retraining Courses — Completion of two academies is required to meet the retraining requirement -- one course that addresses Teacher Practice and, the other course addresses Student Growth. These two courses must be completed within the five-year renewal cycle and need not be completed within the same calendar year.
